Our office is located at The Grand Highlands, 2 Newberry Estates, Dallas, PA 18612, in the heart of the Back Mountain region of Northeastern Pennsylvania, just a short drive from Wilkes-Barre and Scranton.

Yes. We regularly help clients in Dallas, Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, Clarks Summit, and surrounding Northeastern Pennsylvania communities plan for retirement, including Social Security timing, income strategies, distribution planning, and coordinating employer plans and IRAs.
We partner with business owners throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania and across the country to integrate personal and business finances, including planning around liquidity events, coordination with your legal and tax advisors on succession matters, and investment strategies aligned with your long-term goals. Riggs Asset Management is a fee-based investment adviser. Our primary compensation is an asset-based advisory fee paid directly by our clients. We may also receive other forms of compensation, all of which are fully disclosed in our Form ADV Part 2A and your advisory agreement. We encourage you to review those documents and direct any questions about our compensation to us directly.

Yes. We routinely meet with clients via secure video conference and phone, making it easy to work with Riggs whether you live in Northeastern Pennsylvania year-round, split time between locations, or reside out of state.
Clients typically receive at least one comprehensive annual review, with additional meetings or check-ins scheduled around major life events, market changes, or at your request. Specific meeting frequency is outlined in your individual advisory agreement.
