Bob, Jr. began his career in investment management as a financial consultant with Raymond James Financial Services in 1989. In 1995, he became Branch Manager of the Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania location. He joined Riggs Asset Management four years later as a Senior Investment Officer and Principal.
Today, Bob, Jr. provides portfolio management, along with business, retirement, life and strategic planning for clients. He believes every client’s needs must be met with unwavering security and support. To this end, he thoroughly enjoys performing Macro Research to identify and utilize longer-term global trends to every client’s advantage, paving the way to a secure future.

Bob, Jr. was born in Arizona and raised throughout the Continental United States, Alaska, Asia and the Middle East. After graduating from high school in Seoul, South Korea, he served with the United States Coast Guard.
After completing his military service, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from The Pennsylvania State University. He then joined the Defense Contracting Unit at Loral Corporation.
Bob, Jr.’s experience assimilating to different cultures, serving in the military and then working in business prior to becoming a financial advisor helped him realize just how important it is to be present, inquisitive and respectful of all relationships in life.
He is an active member of the community. Bob, Jr. is the Immediate Past Chair of the Board of the Wilkes University Family Business Alliance and Former Chair of the Board of The North Branch Land Trust. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Development Corporation. Previous volunteer activities include serving on the Boards of Leadership Wilkes-Barre and Diamond City Partnership and serving as a member of the Director’s Leadership Group for the William G. McGowan School of Business at King’s College. Bob, Jr. is a 2002 graduate of the Leadership Wilkes-Barre Executive Series.
